Returns & Exchanges

At iHerb+, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iHerb+ account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
